Myth: Pineapples for Infertility

Ever wondered why Pineapples are so prominent in the TTC community? 

Pineapples symbolise hope, hospitality, warmth and friendship. It is also an old wives’ tale that eating pineapple, in particular the core, at ovulation or embryo transfer time may increase the chances of conception, as it contains large amounts of bromelain.
